Her work has been acknowledged for her performance as Andrea Marino, in the horror film Ghost Whisperer and for portraying Mother Nature in Santa Clause. She has also been recognized for her role as Lana Kane, the main character in Archer. Tyler worked as a host for The Talk on CBS. The Talk. Between 2012 and 2016 she was the host of Ubisoft's E3 Media Conferences. She has also made numerous appearances in video games. Tyler is the son of James Tyler who was a professional photographer and Robin Gregory, an educator. Tyler studied at Dartmouth College. Tyler is a contributing writer for Jane and Glamour magazine. In her private life the couple split while she was just a little girl. She was raised primarily through her dad. She has Native American, African American and European ancestry which is the reason for her exotic look. She had previously been married to Jeff Tietjens.
